How to Elevate Your Marketing Plan: Mindful Ways to Boost Your Spiritual Business

You’re in the business of improving people’s lives. You’re a healer, coach, intuitive, tarot reader, astrologer, shaman, transformational professional of some kind. Your gifts are helping to make the world a better place and for that, we are all grateful.

Of all the things you rock at, it’s possible that marketing or promoting your business isn’t one of them. That’s where I come in! I became a copywriter and marketing strategist for spiritual entrepreneurs like you because I believe in amplifying messages like yours. 📢

This blog post is designed to help you take some simple steps toward improving your marketing plan’s performance. What I’m talking about is reaching more people with your message and that means helping more people with your gifts.

Let’s start with the most practical thing you can implement immediately — check your data!

Your Plan Does the Walking, Your Data Does the Talking

When was the last time you checked your analytics? 🙈If the answer is never, don’t worry, I’m not judging. But you might be feeling like you’re going in blind and that’s because you are.

A solid marketing strategy is all about trying things, analyzing the results, and improving from what you learn. This way, you can make educated guesses about what your audience will or will not respond to. This is also a way to learn more about what they need and how you can better serve them.

It’s a win-win for everyone involved. You make more sales and they get their needs met.

So ask yourself these things:

  • What do your analytics say?

  • What is your audience responding to?

  • Are you surprised about the results?

Time to be a detective 🕵️‍♀️ and go sleuthing for some clues. You might want to try testing out different copy or different offerings to see which ones are best.

Be willing to pivot your strategy if the thing you thought would work didn’t. A huge part of entrepreneurship is having the flexibility and creativity to go with the flow of your business.

Once you have some practical data to work with, you can integrate that knowledge with the intuitive information you’re receiving about your business.

Intuition is Welcome Here

We’re all spiritual entrepreneurs here so we don’t want to forget to incorporate the etheric, the mystical, and the magical into our marketing and promotional strategies. 🔮 After all, working in alignment with ourselves is the key to manifesting results.

It’s time to check in with your Guides and your Inner Knowing. Are you being guided to continue this course of action or shift your approach?

If you’re really feeling stuck on how to reach people with your offerings or expand your audience, you might want to check in with a business astrologer who can help guide you in your next steps. 10th House Astrology is one that I personally recommend.

Develop your own rituals and habits that invite your Higher Self along with you on your business journey. 🧘

Here are some of mine:

✨Light a candle before each client meeting or networking chat to invite positive energy into the space

✨Spray some clearing spray on myself and in my office when I’m feeling stagnant

✨Take breaks during the day that include walks in nature and uninterrupted meditation time — even if it’s only 10 minutes

These small rituals can set the stage for big shifts in your business.

How do I increase the effectiveness of my marketing for my spiritual business?

At the end of the day, our business can’t continue if we aren’t able to create results. Keeping in mind the things we’ve discussed, look over your marketing materials and ask yourself these questions:

  • Does each piece of the marketing funnel take your audience on a clear journey?

  • Is your copy focused on the desired outcome of your customer? Remember benefits > features. Highlight the transformation your product or service gives your customer.

  • Is it easy for your customers to purchase from you?

  • Do your analytics support the strategy you’re using? If not, what do the numbers say? How can you lean into the things that are working?

What other support is available to me as a spiritual entrepreneur?

If there are gaps in your knowledge, it may be time to explore new technology that will help you maximize your impact or invite other professionals into your sphere to help you on the next phase of your business journey.

If you’re struggling to find the time to dedicate to your business, it might be time to hire an assistant — virtual or in-person. The valuable hours you get back will help you level up your offerings. Virtual assistants are great for a variety of tasks and typically customize their work to what you need.

If you just can’t seem to keep up with the demand for content and posting on various social media platforms, consider adding a social media manager to your team. They are up with the current trends and can offer a fresh perspective on your content. Plus, they handle the time-consuming task of scheduling and posting content so you get your time back.

If your messaging isn’t reaching people and you aren’t sure how to expand your audience or keep your current audience engaged, you might want to consider hiring a copywriter like me. We are professionals at capturing your business voice and speaking to your audience in a way that they can hear. It can be such a relief to outsource weekly and monthly tasks like email campaign writing, blog post creation (with SEO in mind to drive more traffic to your website), social media posts and ads, and website copy.

If this article resonates with you, I invite you to book a free consultation with me where we can discuss ways you can improve your business’ marketing plan. I love to play matchmaker between you and the audience that you help with your offerings. Let’s expand your reach!
